We’re on the lookout for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom - the largest Kia dealership in the region, designed to impress.

The Role

As the New Car Sales Manager you’ll lead the new car sales team, drive performance, and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. You will:

  • Set, monitor and exceed monthly new car sales targets.
  • Manage and coach the sales team, providing leadership, training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee daily operations of the new car department - forecasting, stock management, showroom presentation.
  • Work closely with marketing & operations to ensure new vehicle launches and promotions are executed seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEM representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager (or similar role) in automotive retail.
  • Strong leadership skills - you can motivate a team and manage performance.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management.
  • High energy, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing new car sales in a competitive environment.
